What affects the final price?
Number of items, overall complexity, and site access — high-rises with elevator booking windows or staircase-only access add to build time. Booking multiple Wayfair pieces in one visit is almost always cheaper per piece than separate appointments.

Tall pieces still need wall anchoring
California anti-tip law (AB 2016) applies to all dressers and tall storage units — not just IKEA ones. Wayfair items rarely ship with anti-tip straps adequate for California's seismic requirements, and many don't include them at all. We carry the right anchors for drywall studs, concrete, and tile, included in our quoted price.
